This policy explains what we collect when you join the gutfeeling waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. gutfeeling is a pre-launch brand based in India; we are not selling products through this site yet.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you may share:

• Your name and email address
• Optionally, your phone number, gender, and age group
• Basic technical context sent by your browser (e.g. the page you signed up from)

Why we collect it

• To tell you when gutfeeling launches and to share early-access and founding-member offers
• To understand who’s interested so we can shape the product and its rollout
• Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone

Where it’s stored

Waitlist entries are stored using trusted third-party tools (such as Google Workspace) that process data on our behalf. We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purpose above, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, in one tap
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details we hold about you

Your rights in India

We aim to handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to withdraw consent.

As we get closer to launch this policy will grow to cover orders, payments and shipping. We’ll update the date above whenever it changes.
